Because it is the first time in Italy, the apparently common practice of turning off all the air conditioning in the hotel from October through to May was not previously explained. So now an asthmatic guest and a person ill with the flu has to sleep in a stuffy room that hasn't been aired out or open the windows and brace 16 degrees Celsius weather and all the noise from the nightlife going on

It is a nice hotel and the staff are welcoming. We were in a big room with a large front balcony. I have to admit, the room is somehow charming (and was definitly modern 30 years ago). There is a too tiny elevator inside. We were satisfied with the breakfast.

Tied for worst room I have ever experienced. No AC. Window is directly above some exhaust vent. Torn shower curtain. A mish-mash of garage-sale furniture. Very high ceilings but they are covered half-way up with grandmother's wall paper over plaster and shoddy sheet rock. And I am not sure what that smell is.

I have very recently returned forom a week stay at Hotel Biondi . The hotel is clean and very welcoming. Sadly some staff are alot more acommading than others . I was on the second floor . The room was big very dark as it is diffcult to open windows . I did not find any english speaking Tv channels . I was told I had to pay on a tab not as I went along . No kettles or coffe making facilities . The lift is so tiny for the volume of vistors and suitcases. Sadly the lack of staff especilly at night ! member of staff to man the recption serve at the bar deliver the keys . The food is not every night . The brakfast was satifying . It is in a central location . The pool is across the road no staff to help you if you have any quries . The front balcony is real nice and added to making my holiday a good one
