Friendly stuff, nice hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Everything was good except breakfast - some of ham wasn't fresh. I was there 3 nights and each morning at least one kind of ham was with kind of smell..

Great 3 star hotel in the Prati district of Rome. Nothing fancy but a good bargin for your money also during the high season.

rreally fantastic place，with very convinient bus transport we use 280to Vantican city，495to Glaeria Borghese，130F and 628 tothe city centre，301to Louis Vuitton and piazza di spagne and many more.the hotel staff was great with various languages and quite outstanding service for tourists.next time if we come back，we will still live here

First of all, the dimly-lit bathroom flooded every time we showered. It had a corner shower with a gap between the folding glass door and the floor. The staff was very nice about cleaning the floor for us the first time, but when we asked what the solution was for subsequent showers, their response was to arrange towels along the floor by the shower door.
On the bright side, the water was hot and the pressure was good.
The staff was courteous, and they let us leave our luggage for a few hours.
The internet connection was terrible.
There was a safe in the room.
Our room was a double and was detached from the rest of the hotel. It felt sort of like being in the garage out back, but it did make for a very quiet room.
Breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety: croissants and other pastries, fruit, cereals, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, milk, juices, coffee, and pies.
The air conditioner was quiet and did work well as long as we also left the window open (wasteful, yes, but it was unseasonably hot and impossible to sleep otherwise).
The bed was rock-hard but had one advantage: In most European hotels, when you ask for a double, you get two twin beds shoved together, and as a result, you get a line down the middle of the bed where the two mattresses' edges stick up. It's quite painful to sleep across it, so you and your partner are forced apart by this bed spine. In this hotel, however, the bed was cuddle-friendly because the spine did not stick up enough to be painful.

Went in late July. Sat on the steps several times in the evening, enjoying the sounds of a quaint little restaurant, Vanni. The night were comfortable.
The rooms are a little small.the rooms have large box windows where you can enjoy the beautiful architecture outside.
The staff was incredibly nice. However, some of the front desk staff didn't seem to like giving directions, or explain maps, etc.
The neighbourhood is true Italian living. The hotel blends in with the area. There is a beautiful old church a few blocks away.
The room had a refrigerator so we were able to brings snacks back to the room. Our Favorite place to end our day was Vanni. Grab some gelato there or one of their yummy sandwiches. Have breakfast at the hotel at least once! It is a small dining area. It is self serve. They have sweet little pastries, fruit,, yogurt, and awesome cappuccino to start the day. It is also a great place to strike up a conversation with other people from different parts of the world.
I will say the beds are hard. We tried flipping the mattresses, no better. Grab some lemoncello and/or meloncello on the way to Trevi Fountsin. You will sleep just fine after a bit of those.
There is no tipping at the hotel. However we had a longer stay and we left a few euros anyway.
It has a lovely sitting area and a small bar. It reminded me of den. It wasn't loud at all and our room was across from it.
It is a beautiful little place. Watch for beggars that like around the entrances sometimes. If you buy from them they will edit for you to come back. Ask the front desk clerk to look for them and ask them to leave. Found that out first hand.
Overall it is a very nice place. I even miss it and miss being there!
