  Unfortunately I didn't find this hotel to be of four star quality. The hotel looks great in photos, but in reality seems a bit dated with some recent renovations. The room seemed clean but smelled heavily of smoke (though the hotel is smoke-free). The front desk was friendly. Location is nice and quiet. Breakfast was average.

  What a wonderful stay we had! Rooms are compact and clean. Staff was superb. Look for Roberto and he will add to the experience with his wit and good charm!

  Location in Rome was amazing, room was prestine. Stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub and was throughly impressed. Service at all times of day and night was also great!

  Nice hotel with amenities. Be prepared to pay the city tax although it is not always mentioned on the website or included in the total price. Nice breakfast, close to the metro, tram and bus stations.

  Great room, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the big bed and the big shower. Breakfast was the most complete and tasteful we ve seen in a hotel. Friendly staff and fast wifi.

  Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice free breakfast and Wifi, great location,nice bathroom with great shower head water pressure, but super firm, unsupportive mattress and flat pillows
