Location is super good. The staff is nice.

But the bedroom's floor was dirty and they never cleaned it in the whole week we stayed.

Also, they never changed the bed sheets.

Lack of hygiene. The rest of things were good.

Historic hotel you will never forget. Luigi and staff are very helpful and make it feel like home. Located on a quaint cobbled street near the Vecchios. Never enjoyed staying anywhere more.

Great service and cozy rooms. Amazing roof top terrace bar that was available to all guests which offered the most astounding view of Florence. Perfectly located being close to everything! The breakfast could've offered a bit more options, but apart from that it was good and offered some vegan options upon request as well.

Good sized rooms, hearty breakfasts, elevators, and fantastic views from their tower balcony. Staff pleasant and helpful. They even offer valet car parking, but call the hotel about 30min before arrival to coordinate with their valet service. The streets are narrow and off loading luggage will block traffic past the hotel entrance, so having car valet present upon your arrival makes the whole process much smoother as they can whisk the car to an off-site parking facility and you can focus on getting checked in and settled.

We stayed in a standard double which wasn't as pretty as the photos. But it has a very high ceiling and room was comfy with high pressure shower. The view from the rooftop was amazing. You get to see the entire Florence from above. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Hotel Torre Guelfa is located in a fairly easy to reach location. The rooms are slightly dated, but very clean and neat. The staff is friendly, and they can provide helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. However, the real place where this hotel shines is its tower bar. Hotel Torre Guelfa has a very old, tall tower on top, which most other buildings in the area seem to lack. This allows for a spectacular panoramic view of Florence, and watching the city from the tower as the sun sets is a great experience. In all, it's a nice enough hotel with a pleasant staff and a good location, but the tower bar is an amazing feature that makes the hotel completely worth a stay.

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio (1 minute walk) and the about 6 minutes away from most of the big attractions. The roof bar has an amazing view of the Duomo (although it is small and gets crowded relatively easily). Comfortable and cosy rooms and a great staff.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The tower is truly fantastic with outstanding views of Florence. Our room was incredibly spacious with luxury linen and towels. We were very happy with the price, quite cheap for such quality. We will definitely return and we have already started telling our friends!! Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety..
