This place was amazing, very accommodating! Great service, friendly staff, clean room! The beds were a little hard and the sheets/pillows a bit old and well loved, but it was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time in Florence and can't wait to come back!

we liked their comfy common are with the bar and reception always available, rooms are spacious and clean, I will surely go back nex time!!!

Clean and tidy. Good linkage to city center. Cons: really slow internet and low water pressure from the shower head. Might also be hard to find at the beginning. Staff are nice.

Good customer service. Pretty clean and offers a 5 euro breakfast, but we didn't end up eating it because we were out and about. Make sure to account for the Florence hotel fee of 2.50 euro per person per night. That fee is not included in the nightly price.

Very helpful and friendly staff gave us information about getting around Florence and what attractions we could visit in a day. Rooms were large and comfy but the floor a bit dirty and the shower head for the shower stall was falling off. Great value for money and decent location.
