Beautiful room with a view of the Duomo. Staff was super helpful with directions and reservations. Centrally located within walking distance to everything cool. We had a fantastic stay!

It is a good hotel. But is located far from a parking (with good price). Therfore, the guest is oriented to use the parking near the hotel - that charge the guest in EU$ 27 per day. And if the gest stay 12 hours, will be charged with EU $ 3,00 per hour. So, be careful with this trap.

Fantastic hotel that feels like you are walking around in a castle. The breakfast room alone is worth this hotel and the rooftop view with a bar is the cherry on top. Rooms were nice and big and clean. Location is also very close to the Duomo and the staff is very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room for free when we asked with no issues. Excellent staff and hotel. Thank you :)

Beautiful place centrally located. Nice rooftop bar with a great view of Florence. Historical setting, the original structure was build in 1596. Decorated very nice. The only down side is they tend to undercook their scrambled eggs but I guess that's a European taste. Would come back again.

We LOVED this hotel. Best views in Florence. Exquisite staff and charming breakfast room. My only complaint was how noisy the elevator was. It kept us up at night .

Great hotel and located close to.the train station (5min walk), doumo (5min walk). Love you the breakfast selection, variety and great coffeee. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

Wouldn't recommend, the breakfast was super expensive for what it was. They had eggs under cooked to which I told one of the waiters because I'm pregnant and can't eat raw food and she was super rude about it and lastly the house keeper stole our camera charger and sadly we figured it out once we were in Rome already.

Great location: we walked here with our luggage from the train station easily. From the hotel, most of the old city centre is within walking distance as well. I liked the quiet atmosphere of the place, and the sense of history that comes from such an old building as this. It's not the most modern of buildings, but that's not what I came to Florence for anyway.

After spending 2 nights in a tiny hotel room in Venice which resembled, at best, a walk in closetthis hotel was truly a gem to come too! Spacious, centrally located, EXCELLENT and attentive staff, and just 10 walk from Firenze SMN station. A/C was great too. Simply the best and I will book here again on my future trips to Florence.
