One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Clean, non smoking was a plus but everything else was horrible. The hotel is loud, you can here every step and every word outside the room. We were in 104 and near the steps where all night long people were talking and using the hotel restroom next to our hotel door hearing everything. the bed was as hard as a rock and had a cavernous dip in it. The bathroom was so small I mean small! The breakfast is lame and the cappuccino machine was broke. The nicest part of the hotel is the top tarrace with okay view. Staff was neither nasty nor nice just buisiness.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. The rooms were small but that was with an extra bed in ours. The shower was a bit dodgy, but useable.

Great location. Stuffy, outdated rooms. Overpriced for what you get.

Great hotel in central Rome with complementary breakfast. Good location for walking the city, courteous staff, very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Close to central Rome, cosy, clean rooms, nice staff. I gave only 4 stars because the breakfast should have been a bit more exciting. After all it worth the price.

We stayed just for one night (no breakfast), but it was really good, only problem was the long corridors with stairs to reach the room.

Convenient location, valet parking in garage.
Pretty expensive for the size and quality of the room. Very small room. Shower sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor.

Cleanliness of the establishment is questionable and rooms are quite dated. WiFi in room 412 is in a "dead zone." It only connects for a second then drops the signal. Room 406's door would not lock (in other words, it could be pushed right open even when locked) and the shower head was held together with scotch tape. Needless to say, the shower would not work. All three of these issues were reported to the front desk without resolution, nor as much as an apology. I wasn't seeking a discounted price, but at least offer one in the hopes of saving a little face. Buyer beware.

Great location, you're near everything. Can walk anywhere in the city from here. The rooms are ok. Skip the breakfast (it's expensive and not good). Remember, you're paying for the location.
