It is a clean and well-kept hotel in a good location near the Coliseum. It had very limited Bell hop assistance, but a good experience overall. I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel great service housekeepers are extremely nice and the breakfast in the morning was top quality. The location as a little bit off but other than that you're definitely dealing with five star quality. The hotel is actually connected to a mall

The rooms and location are both great. The one thing I understand is the wifi. My room is the only one without a working connection so if you decide to come here, so not get room 418

This hotel was fantastic! Very courteous and well organized staff. The location was incredi8, we could walk to all the major sites. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms surprisingly big. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'm extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly modern, and that's very difficult to find in Italy. The breakfast is just scrumptious, and the staff working the breakfast rooms are incredibly kind and attentive. I also couldn't be happier with how amazing the reception has been. They have definitely gone above and beyond to provide excellent service during my stay.
My only small issue was that house keeping missed cleaning smaller details of the room (shower heads). But either way, the next time I'm in Rome, I will definitely be staying at this hotel! I just can't get over how wonderful the people, the location, the food, and the accommodation have been!
Also, you're literally a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum, Santa Maria Maggiore, and numerous other historical sites and churches.

Great central location which made it very easy to walk most anywhere we needed. Clean spacious rooms. Very helpful with organizing taxis for things we couldn't walk to and arranging a shuttle ride for us to the airport when we left. Provided breakfast was great but didn't include Italian coffee options far as we could tell which seemed strange.

Rooms are nice and are of average size for Europe. The bathrooms are very small and frankly quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is of good quality with plenty of choices. Have had no problems with service. But if you're trying to do work here, forget about it. The wifi is horrible.

Fantastic location, well furnished if snug rooms (expect a firm mattress), one caveat: the lighting controls are absolutely insane, and difficult to figure out. One must leave their room key in a slot in order to even turn the lights on. No charging devices while you're out and about. This energy saving effort ends up just being a headache, though not one to skip the hotel for.
What one should skip the hotel for is the temperature controls: my room effectively only had "off" and "max heat," which was about 25C! Apparently, other guests had the same problem in their rooms. I cannot recommend any accommodation which has no way of effectively controlling temperature.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Clean, we'll located, super close to the Coliseum. Tons of little great restaurants around. Awesome breakfast. Helpful staff. We liked it a lot!

We came and got an upgraded room for free because everything else was booked.
Showers are amazing, very cozy. Just a little uncomfortable to sleep as they provided two pillows and one is too soft, the other too hard. Personally I prefer in-between. Breakfast has a lot of options, although could use more 'heavier' options other than sausage, bacon, and eggs. Orange juice a bit too much diluted.
It's hard to provide a good, accurate review when you stay for only 2 nights, and spend only a few hours at the hotel a day.response / report this review
