  Stayed here six yrs ago and just returned two nights ago. Its a beautiful, small hotel, but the new concierge was distant, distracted, unwelcoming. Nicolo didn't listen which created problems. I felt invisable. I need to find a new hotel in Rome.

  Do not stay here. The staff is horrible. Rooms are old and outdated. Overpriced.
