We wanted to book at this hotel for our stop in Rome. I contacted the hotel as they offer a Best Price Guarantee Policy, and I had found the hotel cheaper on another website for the dates we requested. They would not honour their own Best Price Guarantee Policy so we have been unable to book.

Very friendly staff, but I was not able to stand up while taking a shower, the air condition was very loud and did not cool the room just a little. Bar branding made us very confused because of wrong grammar making the menu misleading.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the attractions and great restuarants. Room was clean and breakfast waa good. Would stay here again if I return to Rome.

Great hotel in a really good location, close to bars anď restaurants. Also has a large roof garden. From outside you wouldn't believe how big this place is. Really enjoyed staying here.

This was a good hotel experience. The hotel is PERFECTLY located - we walked everywhere easily. The room was very clean; housekeeping were completely invisible but somehow every time we left our room and came back it had been cleaned! The room was a bit small but that's expected in Rome. The staff were friendly enough (it's not very easy to find nice/friendly locals in Rome!). Overall would recommend.

Nice hotel, but THEY DON'T/WON'T turn on the AC until May! Even when it is sweltering We stayed there in April 2016 and they refused.

Clean rooms. Freindly staff who spoken very good English. Lovely food at breakfast buffet. Good central point for many of the cities main attractions.
