We stayed for three nights and the hotel was perfect for what we needed - a place to stay in while we enjoy Rome. It was maybe a bit further out then we realised but we used the metro and walked alot so it was fine - if you want central and the ability to walk everywhere then maybe this one is not for you. We had a lovely meal at Joseph's restaurant around the corner from the hotel on our first night - definitely visit this lovely family run, no nonsense Italian restaurant. Special note goes to the concierge guy who was super helpful and friendly - the other front desk staff were a little short with us but he was extremely nice.

We gave it a three as we felt like there were a couple of areas that need improving:
- the bedroom faced the bins and every morning someone dropped bottles in there - as it was single glazing the sound came into the room and was very loud
- the shower was tired and looked like it needed a good scrub. Also it had a bad showerhead, didn't have enough power.
- the noise from the corridor woke us up on our last night at 6:30am, lots of slamming doors and it sounded like staff moving about - it could have been other hotel guests, we're not sure, I guess the point is that the doors and walls let sound in and it woke us up - having a carpeted floor might help absorb the sound, at the moment it's tiled.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating with information, assistance in renting a car, and recommended restaurants. I rented one of their little SMART cars and drove to Hadrian’s Palace. What a lot of fun driving into Tivoli and finding a great meal. The room was very comfortable. All in all, a very nice stay and not a bad walk into Roma Centre.

I love it. Very modern. It reminds me of XXX with Vin Diesel. Lol. Its in the cuts. Some people complained about the neighborhood but it seems like all of the other neighborhoods I've encountered in Rome
Its super close to the Metro which my husband and I love. It allows us to really explore the city we visit. The staff is very helpful

Hotel bedrooms are not 4 star, the first room we were given the wallpaper was coming off the wall, asked to be upgrade and was charges 150 Euro the room was better but the bathroom needed upgrading. The lobbies in the hotel were lovely and the hotel was very clean. But not 4 star they even charged us for a bottle of water from the mini bar. Would not stay again.

I'm staying here for a study abroad program and I think it's okay for a 4 star hotel. I expected a 4 star hotel to use their AC outside of rooms. To be honest, I'm actually quite not sure if they use their AC outside of the rooms but based on my experience, it's hot whenever you 're not in a room. Whenever I walked into the building and the lobby outside, I didn't feel like the AC was on and I only felt relief from the heat because the building protected me from the Sun. However, as long as you're not moving too much, the hotel's temperatture is just right. Also, we paid for lunch as part of our program but we only have a 45 min window to eat. Besides that, so far the hotel is great in that the food is delicious and it has this quiet atmosphere.

Excellent Location, Warm & Helpful Staff, Beautiful Windows out of the Window. Whenever I return to Rome this is where I would stay You could walk to Vatican if you wanted to as we did.

Less than a 5 minute walk from a tube. Shops and great food all around. Hotel is really nice and fancy, rooms aren't as fancy as the rest of the hotel but still nice.

Nice rooms, good wifi, a smartphone is provided by the hotel with unlimited internet in the city. However, the number of outlets is lacking, only 3.

Everything about this hotel was so impressive. The beautiful architecture, the cooperative and welcoming staff, the general soothing atmosphere Thank you so very much for our memorable stay. If we ever come back to Rome, this hotel will, again, be our first choice.
