Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. We asked them for a restaurant when we arrived late at 10 pm which they helped us make a reservation immediately. They also helped us when we had culture questions as well as suggestions on other details of our trip since it was our first time in Europe. The room service was extremely polite and they even gave us a complementary bottle of champagne when we mentioned it was our honeymoon. The hotel is literally right next to the pantheon and when you open the window you are greeted with a beautiful view of the square and the smell of the heart of Rome. Walking around is extremely easy from here as well but I would recommend a taxi from and to the Roma Termini if you have no idea what you're doing. Make sure to ignore everyone who tries to help you or give you free things. Always ask an employee of wherever and this hotels front desk is extremely helpful!

I stayed for Four nights and I really enjoyed each night. The front desk was quick to get me checked in and very polite. The hotel is very well located and I was able to walk anywhere I wanted to visit. The Vatican, collessium, shops, the river.. everywhere. I am returning to Rome with my wife in the spring and there is no need to search for the perfect hotel. I have already found it!

Incredible hotel and service from even before we checked in. Arranged car service, luggage storage and a great little bar and terrace on the 7th floor overlooking the plaza and Pantheon literally 100 feet away. Breakfast included from 7am. walking distance to Coliseum, Vatican and many more historical places as well as tavernas and restaurants. Hope to return here soon

This is an outstanding hotel in the best location near the Pantheon. There is a rooftop terrace that offers a truly amazing view. By my estimates, the best possible view of the Pantheon and square. The staff is really top notch. The breakfast was great. 5-10 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and 15 minute walk to the Roman forum and the Colosseum.

Our hotel in Rome! We spent 4 nights there in March 2017 and it was the best stay of our lives. The staff (especially Mauro) are all welcoming and professional. The rooms are fantastic and the daily breakfast is just great. Having said all of that, the location couldn't be better. The view of the Pantheon is second to none. If you can splurge and get a room with a view of the Pantheon, you will not regret it!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Great hotel. Small rooms, but very well appointed and comfortable.
Staff at every level most skilled and cordial. Breakfast is superb.
Location, of course, excelled. One of the highlights of three weeks in Italy. We will return.response / report this review
