The pictures were offly misleading. Other than the restaurant and the friendly staff, we did not know why this hotel is 4 stars. We were very disappointed with the room. It was very old, it even had dirt marks on the wall, and it had a small bathroom. They said the new rooms were upstairs but it was fully booked. Even the pictures of the gym are misleading. Wish they could just post realistic pictures.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very good location, all of Florence is in walking distance. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Very average hotel at this price

Pros - hotel is very near to main train station SM Novella

Cons - dull surrounding , Far from main attraction ( as compared to other same category hotel) , Staff is very rude and never smiles .

I will never come back or suggest this hotel to any one.

Good location close to the train station and the historic city centre. The room is clean and spacious with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. There is a gym in the basement with a multi gym and some cardio machines.

Very nice restaurant and dining area. However the quality of the rooms, specifically the bed and shower, leave something to be desired. Every floor seems to be split-level in a least several areas. Includes breakfast was great. Overall the place is nice enough

It's clean, yes. And it's fairly close to some attractions. But it is BORING!!! They have a beautiful patio that would be great and MAKE THEM A LOT MORE MONEY if they would play music. But they don't. So if you want a quiet nights sleep and no stimulation then by all means check out the hotel londra.
