Friendly service, great facilities. There are planes flying over but hij hardly notice them. Also great place to run.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant is not open for lunch and doesn't re open until 7.30pm and doesn't open on Sunday. Breakfast was just acceptable wasn't a huge selection to choose from.There was no spa even thought it was advertised. The hotel was advertised as 4 stars however it is only a 3 star hotel. Shower door was really squeaky. Not a lot of water pressure. Pool was freezing cold.There was never anyone attending the pool side bar. Superior double room was size of box room. Nearest town was 10 minutes by car and wasn't a lot to do there. Rome isn't the best places if you love to shop.

Not bad at all, sincere structure near Ciampi airport. It seems you're out if the city with a lot of green around you. The pool is great as well. Obviously there are a lot of planes landing during the day.
