I am currently staying at this hotel and everything has been great! The staff is very nice, it is quiet, and the breakfast is nice variety. They have gone out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Hotel is very close to the train station.

Nice place if you get another room than 001, which is noise affected by people in the lobby and the too close laundry. Good breakfast, well worth 9€.

Excellent excellent hotel.. absolutely recommend this for stay. The location is perfect! It's a small City but this place is bang in the middle of it, making most of the attractions walkable. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. The only lacking thing is the microwave, but that's common across hotels in Italy.

We loved this hotel! The Staff was amazingly friendly and always very accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located to Termini Station as well as many nearby restaurants and museums. The Diocletian Baths with attached Basilica are right next door.We were very pleased with the effort made by the staff to maintain its “like new” appearance.
The heated marble bathroom floors were an unexpected treat. When we return to Rome this will be our hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel!! very friendly staff and superb breakfast!! My boyfriend booked four nights here as a birthday present for me, we absolutely loved it. Hotel rooms are s a lot smaller than they look on the website but this was explained to us by the bell boy that took us to our room, he showed us round our room and then brought our bags to us moments later - lovely! We were given maps upon arrival and we opted for the comfort room where our minibar was restocked every day- slightly disappointed by the drinks in the minibar which was two cans of fizzy juice (fanta and coca cola), a carton of fruit juice, and two bottles of water (sparkling and still) did expect alcohol and/or a better selection of drinks but wouldn't let that dampen my review. We were staying on the third floor and the wifi although free was pretty poor, kept cutting out if it even connected at all- would hate to see it on the fifth floor but again wouldn't let it dampen the review as i was there to enjoy Rome and the company of my boyfriend.
Overall a very good hotel and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay there. Great deal for the price. Rooms are clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. Close to the train station but if you are up to walking major attractions are between 20-50 min which we didn't mind doing it. I would not recommend driving in Rome. Highly recommend the hotel though- though that it was really kind that Emilio even wrote us an email thanking us for our stay.

This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the train, metro and buses. The staff is fabulous!! They will help you with anything you need or want. The hotel has a small bar which we enjoyed during the after dinner hour. The breakfast was the best we had during our six hotel tour of Italy and London! They had fresh squeezed orange juice and great cappuccino. There was an abundance of choice among hot and cold items all tasted great to me.
The rooms were nice and most importantly the beds were great and plenty of nice pillows. They give water, sodas, coffee, and tea complimentary each day. The bathrooms were nice. The place was great we were thrilled to return after our trip around Italy and before we returned home. It was like we were home! The staff was so good and welcoming.
