I had a nice experience in this hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I stay in a double bedroom with a share toilet but the toilet was always clean, it seemed that no one had used the toilet, amazing! And the bedroom has a sink and a mirror. It is the perfect location and the price is fair to be in the heart of the old town. On the hotel street you find bars, restaurants, bakery, shops and it is only few meter of Piazza di Spagna amd it is more or less 25min by walk to the Vatican. I love it!!!

Sizes of the rooms varybe aware of what you are paying for before arrivingbut it is a great locations near things such as restaurants, convenient stores and a really good gelato place

Great location, good price. Small but comfortable room with good space use. Bathroom shared but there was a water sink in my room. The lady at the desk was very nice and answered all my questions with nice tips.

Great hotel with terrific service. Convenient and close to Spanish steps and Spagna metro. Easy to get here from Termini train station via metro. Superior room was bigger than NYC hotel room. Grocery store right around the corner has American style salads to go for just $4. Restaurant on the corner sells egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that is better than the $5 hotel breakfast. Between metro bus and walking major sights are just 15 mins.

Great simple clean rooms. Lovely staff and decent area. Only downside was the noise. We were in room 33 which was right next to the entrance and reception. The ceiling above was made of wood and people walking around was SO loud!

All in all though great place, and not much more expensive than a hostel.
