If I could give it no stars I would.
Worst Hotel ever . Nasty 4 walls. One small window opened Into garbage parking, Dark depressing no cross ventilation. Couldn't sleep
Dirty. Fixtures falling off wall. I felt like the wall we're closing in on me.
Hated so bad left an went to A.Rome
Hotel is on the older side, room was so, so. Even though we put out the sign to "do not disturb" two days in a row the maid still went into our room. Night guy (Gino) at the desk was not the nicest seemed bothered to get us ice, just not very hospitable at all Our remote for the tv did not work night guy, (Gino) pretty much could care less so we had to buy our own batteries.
Very convenient location, within walking distance of most Rome "must see" sights. On a quiet street away from noise. Rooftop terrace had a lovely view of St. Peters Dome, it's very relaxing up there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Word of advice, if taking a taxi from airport; take the official taxis (white vehicles). Don't use the hotel "shuttle" service because it will cost you way more and is not round trip as stated.
Easily accessible for all localities, only thing disappointing is hot foods not replenished, nice rooftop terrace
Very Cosy hotel :)
Had a wonderful stay in Rome at the Hotel Archangelo. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Concierge was almost shocked when we stated that our room did not have to be cleaned daily. Very helpful with directions, spoke very good English. Breakfast was wonderful, especially fresh squeezed orange juice. Would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay.
Cozy hotel with a great view. Close to the Vatican. Can be a little loud at night with garbage trucks but otherwise very quiet. Breakfast buffet is a huge plus.
Nice hotelno issues. Good staff.
A very nice budget hotel for the location. The rooftop, as you can see by the pictures, offers a vast patio with a view of the Vatican dome. They offer free parking, in their side drive. We parked our car and left it there for 3 days while we walked everywhere. The elevator is TINY. The rooms are just ok, bathrooms are very dated. But as I said, it was definitely worth the price.
