Food is really bad and it is in the middle of nothing.
The rooms are quite big, so is the structure.. but the decorations of the rooms could have been done better.

I was there fo a convention. Service was acceptable, but far from perfection. Quality of meals could be better: cooking for so many people need a careful choice of dishes, and an incredible timing of service. Both of these were not present in that event.

    The hotel was poorly located.
Taxi from airport to hotel was very expensive.
It seemed that the hotel was abandoned by staff.

A mayor convention and just one person at the reception, no luggage service at all, you arrive and nobody cares. Restaurant only a menu with two choices and not eatable, fat and overcooked, staff very unprofessional, and that in one of the best regions of Italy regarding food quality! Asked for an iron, they seem to be all broken, bad wifi, spider in the room, shower gel is the cheapest you can imagine, what else? If I would be here for my vacations I would leave on the spot!

The rooms look like they were decorated twenty years ago by a blind insane person. There is no directory or room service even though they advertise that they provide. Supposedly there's three restaurants but I only seem able to find a bar, and it's closed. The "spa" isn't. So just get that massage out of your head, they don't offer massage. It's really more of a glorified sauna. But it's closed too. There are several pools but they look more like stagnant ponds for breeding insects and they're all closed. The grounds are overgrown to the point they encroach on the roofs adjacent to the balconies which have a cursory screen separating one room from another. There is no "minibar" even though you think you're paying extra for one. It doesn't exist. The elevators are all marked for staff use only which doesn't matter because you shouldn't use the notoriously unreliable elevators in the Naples region anyway unless you enjoy spending your vacation trapped inside elevators. Strange, but I'm sure someone's out there that does. The highlight of the resort is that the nearest ATM is somewhere a couple kilometers away, not at the hotel, and the hotel and bar don't accept credit cards. Well, maybe the Hotel will accept a card but you can't charge anything to your room so you'd just be paying the room fee anyway. There is a golf course. Sort of. If you really like that industrial wasteland look for your golf selfies. Finally, the "resort" is about as remote as you can possibly be from Naples with nothing nearby, it is easy to get to, so fortunately that means its easy to get away from. Absolutely served mouldering bread at the restaurant I finally found, that you should not come to expecting "choice". There is one choice here and it is whether or not to eat in the restaurant in this hotel. That choice should be no. Then, when you are starving in the middle of the night, that's when the no "bancomat", no we don't actually offer 24/7 room service, no in fact you can go actively screw yourself mentality of the " golden tulip" resort in Costello volterno will wake up for you. This isn't even sour grapes, I love messed up s!:+ hole hotels but to have hard cash turned away from services you claim to offer?!?! The one good bit, that gets them a star, one; is that there is WiFi in the room. Good job on providing things you are barely able to accommodate while entirely ignoring the things you claim to already have. Definitely a Do Not Return hotel for me.
