  A delightful stylish but slightly old fashioned hotel set in lovely mature and sheltered gardens within easy walking distance of the bustleing port and shopping precincts was spoilt by no functioning wifi and lack of hot water for several days of our stay whilst they prepared for the arrival of Amber Rudd and the other G7 interior ministers. I just hope the thermal spa will be up to her standard. The food and service were excellent and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

  Torniamo per l'ennesima volta in questo stupendo albergo di ischia. Accoglienza come sempre superlativa. Dal ricevimento al ristorante brillantemente guidato da franco in sala e Alfonso in cucina, al bar guidato con mano ferma da Ciro e dal suo gruppo e da Sonia e Ciro al piano. Reparto termale e piscine in ordine il tutto ben diretto dal generale manager. Che bello il posto, che bello il personale che ti saluta con il sorriso ogni volta che ti vede

  Ho apprezzato di questo hotel, il panorama da sogno, la cordialità del personale, la disponibilità del proprietario, ottima colazione e ristorante di vera classe.
  Sicuramente ci ritornerò per godere di tutti questi benefici.
  
  L'hotel affaccia su un mare favoloso.
  Le piscine sono belle.
  Il centro benessere non idoneo

  4th year in a row. I would not change anything. Great staff at the SPA headed by Mrs Maria. Dr William Esposito and his treatments are worth a stay per se, as well as Mrs Antonietta who will always cheer everybody up. Great beach and pontoon. Excellent beach and pool services. Good breakfast and snacks choices for a break. I would only change front office people and enlarge SPA and beauty areas. Dinner is a #NO. Better go out and explore all lovely cosy restaurants. Not so suitable for people with disabilities even if the Staff goes out of their way to help and support.
