The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing views of Positano.
And most importantly, easy access to the main road.

Only had dinner here but it was great! Amazing views and good food. Service was excellent. I would come a little early and grab a drink before sunset! Make sure to call for reservations!

I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Positano. The location was perfect. Shade in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The views were amazing.

One of the best hotel experiences ever - well located and exceptional service from all the staff. This hotel is family owned and the care factor is very high. From the wonderful staff at reception to the ladies that clean the rooms, in particular Michelina who is always with a smile on her face and manages to service the rooms around your schedule. Every staff member smiles and greets you whenever they see you ( this is rare in some hotels) There is a beauty centre with two lovely ladies that provide massages and beauty treatments. Wonderful meals, breakfast patio with superb views, clean generous size rooms, what more can I say. we will be returning to the Poseidon!

Can't say enough good things about our honeymoon stay here. Beautiful hotel, amazing views, and exceptional staff. Will absolutely recommend to others and plan another visit in the future. Only low moment was our mattress in the room, unusually uncomfortable, but the comfort throughout the rest of the hotel made up for it. Make sure you take advantage of the breakfast. And tip: if arriving by boat, hire a porter or call the hotel to transport your bagsthe hike is brutal with luggage, but very pleasant without.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room also had a great view of eastern Positano. I'm deducting 1 star because our bed mattress was below my expectations for the hotel.

After 2 weeks in Italy my wife and I conclude than this is the best hotel we ever been, is the hotel than you are expecting to be when you go to the amalfi coast, cozy, simple but not too simple,
Ahhh but the best part is the people there, they make you feel special like if you were part of a family

Located mid way up Positano, the hotel has been excellent to stay in. The staff are very helpful and the room was great, with a little outdoor balcony attached with a partial view of the sea. Very nice to have some lunch from the little shop across the road. Breakfast is extensive and the pool is lovely for a nice dip or to sunbathe by.
