Good restaurant. View is one of the best I've ever seen. Food is also good, albeit a bit pricey. Staff was friendly but a bit in a rush.

Difficult to find. It is tucked away around the corner from the villa which is its namesake. Our driver called the hotel, which sent someone to pick up our bags and left us to walk the scenic, lava-stone path to the hotel. The city of Ravello is idyllic and quaint. This would be an ideal place for a honeymoon, isolate from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi. Great breakfast which we ate out on the beautiful patio which overlooked the sea under a canopy of kiwi trees (seriously). The sea views do in fact overlook the ocean, but the windows in both our rooms were tiny and the views were just okay. The beds and pillows were very hard. Also, the building must not have been designed as a hotel, because the rooms are very odd shapes. Beware, the bus schedule is more like a rough draft, and if you need to catch a specific ferry, consider having the hotel arrange a taxi at a more reasonable price than if you walk down to hail one yourself.

Smart hotel in a great location. Though there could be much better attention to detail. The beds could be renewed and were not that comfortable. The breakfast could be much better and should be for a hotel of this price and quality. The town is stunning and will always be full of tourists so the reality is that management don't really care, there will always be more tourists, this is a pity as it could be amazing with a bit of effort.

Stayed for two nights paying ~580euro in total.

Having travelled from Milan all the way down Italy, found this the most disappointing. Small room, old bathroom.

No problem with the service, more than adequate.

It's more like a conference centre.

Well over priced, more like 100euro a night.

Btw, don't day trip to Positano. It's a complete tourist trap talked up over the years. Extremely under whelming.
