Fantastico! We had the wild boar, beef cheek, truffle ravioli and the chicken liver. Really very good. No complaint at all. The house wine was really nice too. This is proper Italian food. A good break from the Florentine steak. Be patient with the service as there were only three servers including the boss. And the restaurant can be quite busy.

Great wine selection. Amazing servers. Get the cured goose breast, and wild boar ragu!!!! The best meal I had in Italy!

This place is such a good restaurant, the personnel is smiling, quick, and efficient. The price is very good for the top quality they put in your plate! A place not to miss during your trip to Florence. +1 for the burrata salad

Wonderful dinner. I had wild boar, my wife had spaghetti while we split a bottle of Chianti. Great atmosphere, slightly fancier than many of the little restaurants in the neighborhood but still very comfortable. To finish it off, they brought complimentary lemoncello after the check. We thanked them and mentioned how good it was, so he brought over the rest of the bottle and we polished it off with the couple at the next table. Great experience, highly recommended.

First review I've ever written, and I'm writing it purely because we couldn't have had a better meal in terms of the quality of food we were served, the conviviality of the atmosphere or the generosity of spirit of the staff. If you don't come here you are missing a gem. Genuinely: run don't walk.

Lovely place, delicious food - with a very special touch.
Food: a great experience, even for a born and bread Florentine like me. This traditional food will still surprise you - even if you're tired of Italian/Tuscan food.
Atmosphere: lovely, quite, perfect for a dinner for 2, or for a friendly night out.
Price: totally fair. You spend around 35 euros for a whole meal (and the money is 100% worth it).
Staff is very friendly, helpful and keen to explain the menu, the ingredients and the wine list.
The only downside? Service is a bit slow, and they make you pay 2 euros service per person (why?).
BUT they gave us a HUGE discount which made me give the 5 stars: totally erned them.

Excellent. Great wine selection, personal service. Extensive carpaccio menu. The best of the most well rated restaurants we ate at in Florence.

Had a wonderful meal and amazing wine! Nicola made great suggestions and made our meal extremely enjoyable! When I couldn't decide between two dishes he let me order half portions of both! Highly recommend the goose breast and the chicken liver pate. Beef cheeks were also unbelievably!

The staff was friendly and attentive, unlike most of our dining experiences in Italy. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with wine recommendations. The wines were excellent, but the food was better. The cheesecake was unreal. It's not even remotely similar to what passes for cheesecake in the states. I can't even describe it, you just have to try it.
