Late and unsatisfactory service. The waiter had forgot to put in one of our orders. After eating one dish and waiting for a long time for the other, the waiter appologized for not entering the food that was ordered. We paid for what we had and left. They waiters are either burnt out or they don’t care much. 2 stars only for the bathroom and the location.

Really disappointing, so many nice places to eat in Florence and ended up in here and was really not nice!
Put bread and oils on table but no plates, asked for plates they ignored us, ordered florentine steak, such a rip off came with a slice of aubergine a slice of courgette and was charged extra 6 euro for it!! Small bottle of water 5 euro, husband had Pizza and said it was the worse pizza he'd ever had! I do not recommend this place at all sorry !!

Really unprofessional place, expensive breakfast and a slow service. The food was burnt and the music really annoying.

Slow, SLOW service and when they did bring it half the order was wrong. Food was ok, but nothing special. Table was low, as others have suggested, which made for a strange eating position.

Don't eat here. Was out for an evening meal and ended up here. Was initially shown to a table which was much too low to eat at. The menu promised food which it couldn't deliver on. Service was slow (it took 30 minutes to get drinks) and the food almost inedible. Son't waste your money.

Really expensive for what you get and be aware that you have to pay the "couvert" (4€ per person). When we have settled down, they gave us a bottle of water which was not free We only noticed that on the bill.
The cheapest bottle of wine is at 23€ and is really bad for what it is

Do not eat at this dispicable place. As stated below, they will scam you out of your money. I too was charged the 16% "S. tax" and when I obviously asked to see the manager he told me I was incorrect and that everyone gets charged this. This is all after sending my meal back because it tasted like chemicals and the bread like cardboard. When I refused to pay I was yelled at by the manager as well as my server, it was pathetic. I strongly advise NEVER to visit this hellhole.

We only went in for drinks. The drinks were nice, and the view over the Piazza is nice. When we ventured inside (we sat outside in the terrace) for the toilets, we found them both to be pretty disgusting and noticed tables inside had table cloths on which hadn't been ironed and looked scruffy.

The drinks were fine, though probably too expensive when you consider what you would pay at other high end establishments for better service.

For example, a Tanqueray and Tonic wasn't served in a proper gin glass and although the serving of gin was ample, I suspect it wasn't the name brand ordered. Hard to prove though when not sitting at the bar.

There is no option for ZERO stars! Horrible experience! 30 min after we ordered the waiter asked us to repeat the order, because there was a problem with their computer. Then 30 min later, the food finally came. Pasta was cold, the mussels were too few for this dish and had sand. Tortellini tasted like boxed dried pasta. And you pay 20 euros for a few tiny pieces of octopus steamed in aluminum foil.
There was no reaction from the waiter when we complained about the food.
    Would not recommend whatsoever.
