Stop looking for hotels in Rome and do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. Fabio, as well as the rest of the staff at this hotel were beyond phenomenal and accommodating from the minute we booked the hotel until the moment we left. Their customer service and desire to keep their guests happy are top-notch. Fabio and his staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and ensure that we were happy with our stay at every step of the way. Anytime myself or my fiance had a question about where to eat or where to get the best gelato, the staff at Hotel Barocco were right there to help us by showing us how to get there on a map. Prior to our trip here, I advised Fabio that I was planning on proposing to my then girlfriend in Rome. Fabio and his staff took it upon themselves to make an important event in our lives very special by providing my fiance and I with a complimentary bottle of champagne and cookies among other things. I cannot thank Fabio and his staff enough for making such a memorable occasion so special for my fiance and I. If we decide to return to Rome again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Barocco again. Thank you to the entire staff at Hotel Barocco.

I highly recommend. The rooms are small but very clean. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is included, and the staff is all incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's centrally located too. Perfect for a trip to Rome!

This hotel was the perfect base for our 1st trip to Rome. This is a very classy boutique hotel. The staff are warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - everyone was so keen to ensure that our stay was good and it was nothing short of perfect. Must mention the breakfast which was truly outstanding - a lovely selection of hot & cold dishes plus cereals juices & gorgeous fresh bread. On arrival there was a lovely bowl of fruit in our room and on our last evening we returned to find a some little cakes & a hand-written note thanking us for staying etc. Little touches like this sum up our experience of the Barocco - utterly outstanding and not only will be recommending it to all our friends but we're already planning to return next Spring. Finally I must add that we were delighted to receive a proper key as opposed to the usual plastic card.

I stayed at Hotel Barocco for three nights and so far, I have never experienced such a fantastic stay.
Everything is perfect; the staffs are very professional and kind. The room is very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is also well prepared.
The only minor problem we have is the elevator. I think that if there is an indicator which tells us the current floor where the elevator is located, it helps. Sometimes we can't estimate how long the elevator arrives since we don't know where the elevator is currently located.

Great experience! Rooms were always Kept clean and nicely decorated. Good bathroom. They left candies cookies and other snacks everyday for us very welcoming. Really enjoyed our 4 nights here. Would defiantly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Barocco. My room was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed. The breakfast was way more than I expected. And delicious. However, it is the staff that sets this place apart from others. Each person went out of their way to meet my every need with kindness and professionalism. I felt like I was their most important guest. I look forward to a return visit.
