Typical Westin Hotel in a spectacular location in Rome. Excellent and friendly service, great value for the money compared to other international chain hotels. The heavenly beds are truly heavenly, especially after flying here from the United States.
Awesome hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh pastries, Western style eggs and bacon, and fresh fruit. The rooms were large and clean with comfortable beds. I recommend staying here when you are in Rome.
Beautiful hotel. Our room had a fantastic view and a large terrace, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
Beautiful hotel in a good location - about fifteen minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain. The room decor was quite ornate and regal, which we liked. We also had a small balcony which was a nice touch. Service was efficient and professional.
The staff here is amazing. They're all wonderful people with great knowledge about their city. The friendly demeanor just adds to the quality and sophistication of the entire hotel. Staff gave great recommendations about food and places to go. Although this may sound biased, they were really helpful when I had lost my phone, one of the bell-hops went outside with me and went to the taxi stand area, right outside the hotel. He went car-to-car with me, down the entire block, helping me ask if anyone had found a phone in their car.
This is an extraordinary Starwood property. One of the more unique hotels I have ever stayed it. The rooms are like from an old Italian movie but the comfy beds and bathroom are still very modern and elegant. The staff are always happy and willing to help. Thanks for an amazing stay!
room was on street side, sounded like cars were in the room, in need of renovation. they could get some tips on breakfast from the westin excelsior in Florence. The staff also need training to stay with the customers that have been standing in line, and not help people who randomly walk up and ask questions. I won't stay here again.
Great location to stay in Rome. The hotel is historic so they do not allow coffee pots or irons in the rooms, however they will bring you hot coffee in the morning for no charge. The staff is awesome as well. No executive lounge in this hotel either.
First off, I want to start with the positives. The location is great, close to tourist areas and right next to the US embassy. If you like living at historic hotels, this is a great place.
Other than the above, this hotel is pretty worn out and dated. The rooms are kinda gross. The carpet is disgusting. Also, there's no way to regulate the temperature of the room. Definitely would say it's not worth the price.
Absolutely perfect hotel. Staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Always greeted with a smile! Room we stayed in was huge. It was clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a decent location. Breakfast was a little pricey but worth it. Plus with the 50% off coupon it wasn't too bad. Would definitely go back again!
