Rooms were dated but fine. Our biggest complaint was that the indoor pool is only for 16 yr old and older. This should be explained in the website.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast selection, tea, coffee and water in the room free of charge. A pleasant spa, great restaurant. Bus stop right out front. The hotel needs renovation, the works are in progress. The reception system is a bit confusing.

Lovely hotel, the pool and spa are great. Great air conditioning. Lovely to watch the beautiful parrots flying around. My family had a great time. The food and drink is very expensive though so it's good to have a fridge in the room.

Nice 4 star hotel. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Nice outside pool. Yet to use the spa. Location is good. Few restaurants in walkable distance. Bathrooms are small. But overall a very nice hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Its about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station. The service was great, the person checking us in was very helpful and gave us some good Food recommendations. Rooms were clean and great too, enough toiletries, and they even gave us some water. There is Even a cell phone you can use with unlimited data during your stay! I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 1 night on the 18th July 2012.
Check in was fast and so was check out.
Nice clean rooms and fast internet.
Taxis always available outside and shuttle to airport which is best option and cheaper than taxi.

Friendly staff and a lovely hotel. A little far from the city centre to walk, but they offer a transfer service. Breakfast and restaurant serve good food.

Great Hotel in Rome
Currently enjoying my stay at Crown Plaza St Peters. Service is great along with lovely breakfast. There is a shuttle bus to the Vatican for 1.50 euro and hotel is close to bus station, and a fantastic traditional Italian resturant.

We were on our honeymoon and received a suite upgrade due to my wife being a Spire Elite member. The staff was very professional. They speak and understand English well.
The room was spectacular. It has both standing shower and lay-down tub. There were plenty of space. Furniture was positioned for optimal space. The room itself was very clean. It does not have old carpet smell like many other hotels we had stayed at.
We did not use the pool but went by it. Everything was as expected - clear and clean water with clean working lounge chairs. There was also kid play area on premise. For adults, there is a working bar and restaurant on site. The location was optimal as well being in 10 minutes taxi drive to the Vatican museum. And by the way, there are always taxis waiting in the parking yard.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
