wonderful and friendly staff, amazing location for sightseeing and shopping, surrounded with restaurants. the rooms though are not equipped properly.no sockets near the tea kettlesockets in general do not workwe used the bedroom socket boil water in the kettle for teasockets can be used are near the bed onlyfree TV is only showing news.everything else is paid.not even a single kids Chanel, all paid.
the staff was so friendly and provided a cd player with a couple of animation videos.
be carefulyou can get boiled when using the bath.the water turns into really hot all of a sudden. the same for the bidet.LOL

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great hotel, fabulous services find the concierge who are great if you have places to visit. The roof top terrace bar is atmospheric & the staff are very helpful.
The drinks / food is expensive but worth it if you want to treat yourself

Excellent location and conveniently located not far from center of Rome. Hotel services and accommodation is very good but it needs to be better. Staff some are very good, others need not as much.

A good hotel, not the best in town though. If you are looking for the name. Then this is an option. Location is great a 5 minutes walk from the Spanish steps. I won't actually stay here again.

Great location, close to the centre of Rome but away from the crowds. Rooms are a very high standard, clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always willing and happy to help.

IT IS NOT JUMEIRAH ANY MORE. Old and not clean The service was terrible. we asked for an extra bed and they just opened the couch and it charged for two beds. It was very uncomfortable. In the breakfast area we asked for orange juice and they said it was finished!!! It doesn't deserve a five star. I wish there was a 0 star to demonstrate this hotel.
