This place is a gem. It is located right at the heart of everything, within a walking distance from all major historic sites in Rome. Many cafes and food joint nearby too. Breakfast at hotel is definitely a go to as well, given the extremely reasonable price. Room that we got were new and extremely spacious. Very well decorated.

Funny size on the room I stayed in. They had 2 single beds, not next to each other but after each other. Apart from that, the hotel is perfectly located close to most tourist attractions, making sure it's just a small wall in any direction to see some of the best Rome has to offer. Would stay here again in the future.

Centrally located, good position for the main tourist spots. Accommodation/decor in room tired looking. No tea making facilities though we did know this in advance of travel. Fridge not working adequately in room, someone was sent to have a look at this very promptly but it still didn't work properly. Daily housekeeping was not the most attentive. Reception service very good. Functional room.

Excellent location! Centre to the different attractions. 15 min walk to Colosseum. 15 mins to Spanish steps. Room is decent. Small but EU rooms are always smaller than North American ones, so it's within our expectation. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at their roof garden. Their breakfast catered more to our NA taste. They had scrambled eggs and tea!

Rooms aren't as you may be expecting. No free water after the first day of staying. Limited electronic outlets. No dressing table in the room. Friendly and caring cleaners. Not much customer care from the reception staff. Next door bar has good customer service.

Perfect location, and decent breakfast.
Interior pretty worn. Staff blocking elevator all the time.
Guests having party in corridors, and staff didnt care.
Ordered breakfast when we departured, but it disappeard.
Worst: We booked a cab through the hotel at 0500, and it turned out to be an illegal cab, that drove like a complete idiot, and when we arrived at the airport he raised the prize, due to expenses and taxes. and refused to take creditcards or write a reciept
