Room is ok, but the front desk staff is very rude and impatient. Went to the bar but nobody is there, instead of get someone over she told me to go ask the waitor in restaurant to go to the bar. It is in believable staff ask customer to do their job!! Definitely won't visit again, not worth what u paid for!

4 star hotel and u can't sleep because the aircon is noisy. the towel is weird, it' rough on the skin. doesnn't deserve its star. better sleep somewhere elsereally mean it

If you need wifi, you need to pay 5 euro. What century is this that you still need to pay for hotel wifi. If you do a group booking. You will be place in a room with small selection of food. If you want to eat like everyone else. You need to pay for it also. I visited so many countries in Europe and Asian most of the Hotel either with breakfast or without breakfast. I haven't heard of group breakfast and standard breakfast. Staff was rude to us also and with reply you have already had you coffee. Why you need another coffee.

P/S sometimes I need to shot of coffee to kick start my day

Great staff, great breakfast. We used the basic standard room which looked like a retro style. The bed and the rest of the furniture looks pretty old. That could be improved. The prices are very reasonable. Great value for your money. Besides that we got a wonderful service. Recommended for travellers.
