A wonderful place with several rooms that has a great location! Overall we had a great stay. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations, it is clear a lot of work has gone into making it right. There were just some minor things that could be improved. The hallways need night lights for those that have to leave before dawn and for safety! The TV was extremely small. The WiFi uses a service that requires you to provide social media credentials which is a security risk. I suggest using a more open internet service provider. The wifi also would bounce down and up occasionally. We had a quiet room but we did hear neighbors on occasion. Fortunately, they all were quiet late at night.

Suitcases on wheels safely reached the hotel. Good internet, breakfast, real room keys. Politely.

This is a charming B&B located just minutes from the train station. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding. All the staffwere accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing b&b in the bustle of busy Florence. After a day of travel and exploring, the outdoor garden at Alloro was just what I needed. The room with the beautiful frescos on the ceiling and the huge windows was a special treat!

We were very disappointed with the way we were treated by the lady at the front desk. She was just mean and made us feel like we were a nuisance to her. Her attitude was just awful and made our experience horrible. Loved Florence but we left a day earlier because we were so uncomfortable. We regret staying here. She asked us if there was a "problem" with the room, but forgot to even remember or probably didn't care that we approached her the night before. Sorry, but there are other nice places in Florence that would have gladly had us.

Alloro B&B in Firenze was a memorable experience! The room was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. I opened the window late at night and had the pleasure of listening to beautiful piano sonatas while I fell asleep. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very gracious. I will be back!! Thank you.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved our stay at Alloro B&B. We previously stayed at a B&B in Rome which was nice, but this place took the cake.

The room was very spacious, A/C worked great, and breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was very helpful as well and was very responsive.

The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit weak at times, but nothing too bad.

The room was located far enough from noisy streets to sleep well, but close enough to everything by foot. We would recommend this!

We loved our stay at Alloro. Our hosts were very welcoming and Made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful frescoes painted on the ceiling. The breakfast buffet was lovely with fresh fruit, pastries, and made to order cappuccino. We can't wait to come back!

Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was a good size and located in a quiet area. Wifi was a bit hit and miss at times and the hair dryer isn't powerful enough for long hair. The shower is over the bath, and as the water doesn't drain away very well, it is very slippery and care needs to be taken getting into and out of the bath.
