The staff at front desk was friendly and helpful but otherwise the hotel and its reservation staff is a disaster. The help for the conference was also poor. Rooms look dated, and this was one of the higher standard rooms.

Hotel is fine. Clean and neat. Staff is friendly.
However long waiting times at check in check out. The bar closes to early. No room service after 11pm.

Excellent hotel, our hotel room is a standard with a very generous double bed, television, fridge etc.the pool is really nice with decent sun loungers,canopies with towels supplied and a life saver.restaurant is well laid out with a very good menu and reasonable pricing. The hotel buffet breakfast is one of the best we have experienced and we have travelled all over the world. A well presented extremely clean hotel with pleasant staff . I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel when visiting Rome.The ideal location for visiting the many historical sites in and around Rome.

The room was a bit worn down, but very nice otherwise. Minibar, safe, TV, AC. The windows could not be opened, but the AC kept the room nice and cool. Good hotel breakfast. A bit difficult to get to the hotel if you do not have any shuttle transport. We took the buss to Termini and then the Metro. No elevators and a bumpy walk we eventually made it. Cheap, but I would not recommend. The are a bus stop not far from the hotel, it was way more convenient than the metro. Nice and helpful staff

Esta viejo pero la funcion la cumple bien, el desayuno esta bien pero si llegas tarde te quedas con las sobras. Las camas son comodas pero el aire es flojito si no toleras la calor lo pasaras mal.

Out of the way hotel. Clean facilities and a friendly staff. Good hotel outside of the city located next to busy locals area but actually quiet and park like on the grounds. Located a little closer to Fiumincino Airport. Not close but closer. Best if you are on a driving vacation. Public transportation to the hotel can be challenging. Full busses wih unreliable schedules.

Location is very good near the Vatican. Hotel is beautiful. The room is a bit small but other things make it worth like big LCD tv and bath tube. Breakfast is good and the restaurant and all the hotel structure are very beautiful.

Location is great. 20 min walk from the Vatican. Room was decent. But service is very ordinary. I came 20 min early for breakfast one morning. It opens at 7 am and i had to leave at 6:45. everything was already set up. so i just walked in and took coffee. the manager was not happy. I explained that i had to leave early. but he was annoyed all the same. also, they charged me for borrowing a US socket adapter. None of the questions i asked at the front desk like where can i exchange for euros or does the tour bus stop outside were answered properly.
