It's a comfortable place with best possible location in Keflavik. The owners live next door and they are very helpful. Kitchen was nicely equipped with all required appliances.

The place is beautiful. Couldn't be more comfortable. It's basically a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. Within walking distance to restaurants, cultural exhibits and the best ice cream shop in Iceland. Parking is ample and just 2 steps outside the door. Everyone in the staff is so friendly and hospitable. (We had an early flight in. The previous guests didn't leave till 8, the apartment was ready by 9. That's service! ) I absolutely recommend the Svitan Guesthouse!

Nice place for an overnight stay next to the airport, clean, modern and not expensive. The owner was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend!

Perfect for the night before a flight out when picking someone up at the airport. I had trouble finding it away first--it's on the corner and has a song so don't knock until you've sounds it 😂. Nice little guest house with continental breakfast at any time analogous in the kitchen. My room was next to the kitchen and while I thought I was an early riser, the people making breakfast at 3 am proved me wrong! Other than slightly noisy, it met all of my needs.

Lovely stay in the guesthouse. The living area is very inviting to hang out with high ceilings and windows all around.
You can cook your meals here
The town of keflavik is buzzling and up beat next to Reykjavik.

Warm welcome from the owner! Place is nice and clean. With a shared kitchen and that you can have breakfast anytime. There is also a bonus supermarket nearby which makes shopping convenient

Not only is the guesthouse manned by a wonderful host, but also the accommodation is clean and beautifully decored all for a good price.
