I stayed with my husband and two friends in the Kvosin Downtown Hotel in March 2018, and we were so impressed with not only our room, but also the wonderful service. The team at the front desk was incredibly pleasant, offering us advice on where to go for breakfast and sightseeing, and holding our bags when we were too early to check-in. They prepared our room early so that we could get in and rest up, and the next morning, we were met with free sweets in the lobby; when we checked out, the concierge taught us a few key phrases in Icelandic and called us a cab. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome boutique hotel right in the middle of Reykjavik - two minutes from bus stop 1 / city hall, which is amazing for all the trips you should attend 😊 Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

A wonderfull experience. A large clean room. Beautifully styled.
Very friendly guy at the reception. Great ambiance.
We started a room on a small patio. It was very romantic.
The bedroom was separate. The matrass was comfortable. Need i say more?
We loved every minute of our stay so far.

Wow just wow. A hidden gem. Beautiful quant boutique hotel. Welco.e and service is second to none. Lovely personal touch with a hand written note congratulating us on our honeymoon. Helped with showing us where to go. Helped us book transfer to the airport. Rooms are small but perfect for a city break and location is excellent for doing this. Facilities in rooms are good with small kitchen and coffee machine. Bathroom and beds are lovely. Decor is fantastic too. Would i recommend to friends and familyhell yes. Would i come back again..definitely.
Totally recommend this quirky cool boutique hotel. Fabulous. Made our stay.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, great location, stayed in a three bed apartment with full kitchen and two balconies. Coffee and pastries provided all day. Breakfast in the morning in the bar area is basic, no eggs/bacon etc. Mostly breads and cereals, some yogurt, cheeses, vegetables.

Excellent boutique hotel. We were in a social suite which was perfect for a busy time in Iceland. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty with range of great breads and fruits. Great hotel. If we ever return to Iceland we will return to this hotel. Fabulous downtown location.

Great Hotel! My girlfriend and I favorite hotel in iceland. Staff was amazing and super helpful. Room were large and will appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Its location was perfect. I cant say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.

Although the room was too small to be called a junior suite, I would definitely stay here again. Loved the location. Great friendly staff and beautiful weather really helped us enjoy our large terrace. Hearty breakfast to start the day.

Nice looking, but pretty loud due to location and other guests. A number of maintenance issues like missing screws in fixtures, and a balcony door that wouldn't close.

This hotel was well appointed, and in a convenient location downtown. The front desk staff were very accommodating when we requested early check in. We enjoyed staying in the 'bigger' room, which had a kitchenette, living area, bathroom and bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

Se wemt to the blue lagoon and we were told that they were building a new hotel there, first five star hotel in Iceland, I think it should be the second since this one was so amazing. It had extremely kind staf who'd do anything you asked them to, no matter what, a beatufil room with modern cofeemaker and super fast internet connection, a spacious bathroom with hoy water with a high pressure, highly comfortable beds with amazing pillows. The breakfast was simply exquisite, it's a restaurantes right next to the hotel with a lot of variety and amazing food, including fresh fruit, high quality bacon and authentic Icelandic yoghurt. Outside the rooms, you can find areas to relax with comfortable couches and explendid views.
