There is no hot water in the rooms. The breakfast buffet with hot food, that was ice cold. Everyone in the restaurant pushed the eggs and bacon to the side. They didn't even have the little warmers going. Terrible coffee and orange juice they watered down to get more out of it. The beds were like sleeping on rails. My husband and I's back and ribs killed the next morning. The wifi was solid and the rooms are nice size. The walls need wiped down or painted very scratched up and look dirty. Terrible smell like old wet cigarettes throughout the hallway.
For $210 for the night was a rip off. I stayed at nicer hotels in Iceland for less with a hot breakfast and amazing rooms and comfortable beds and pillows with steaming hot water.
I'm not one to complain as having traveled around the world I've experienced all levels of accommodations, but I had to say something this time.
Radisson should fix this place or remove their name because it makes them look bad.response / report this review -

Cold water, cold food, bed was absolutely the worst I ever slept on. It's 2018 we Americans have been sleeping on King and queen sized mattresses since George Washington. You take two singles to make a queen. Come on! It's weird so get on with the show! Oh by the way the room is musty like a camel butt.

Rooms were very clean and recently updated. They had dove products as toiletries and there was a towel drying rack in the bathroom which was my favourite part. My room was a double and it was very large. Check in and check out were quick but there wasn't really anyone else besides me when I did both. They let me check in a bit early which was nice. Breakfast was a huge spread and very good. They even had a Raman noodle station for some reason. It would be nice if you could arrange the airport transfers but you're limited to the windows they give. 4-8 am and noon. The room had a kettle and coffee and tea.

Rooms are big, staff was good, the area around seemed run down. The hotel restaurant has decent food not many other options around. The com0limentry shuttle to airport was prompt but smelly inside.

Overall a nice hotel inside. They have fairly spaceous rooms. Hiwever, a few details kind of lowered my enjoyment at this hotel. The shuttle they provide runs only until noon from morning. So if your flight in the evening, you must get a taxi, which will cost you around 3,000 iclandic kronas, about $30 for about 6 miles. My next day flight was in the pm, so I wanted to see at least Keflavik around, so I asked if I can store my bags after check out, which is at noon, and they said no. They simply don't do that. What happened with going above and beyond? I don't know. Ahh, to the agent's benefit she did offer to store them at the airport. Which defeats the propose. I would go there by shuttle, which is free, but to get back to the city I have to take a taxi again. And then again to return to airport I would need a taxi again. Also the soap dispenser for hand washing was broken. To charge your phone next to the desk is only possible if you unplug their lamp and stuff in your plug with the phone. To me it doesn't make sense to have phone somewhere away on the table. So you have to choose either light available at the reach of your hand or the charged phone near you. The breakfast was OK. Apparently they fill out baskets with food/products only once. But if people are coming and eating and things get finished, they do not replenish them. Sad. Kind of greedy. But oh well. But whatever was left was still normally tasty. Not bad. Overall I am OK with the stay, but yeah, far from being impressed.

The hotel is close to the airport about 35 min from downtown Reykjavik. The rooms are nicely decorated. If you need an iron be sure to ask for it on check in. Everything else was good with the hotel. There is a resturant across the street as well.

Newly (and in some parts (Apr 2017) still being) renovated hotel in the heart of Keflavik. Comfortable rooms. Close to everything. Perfect for the early morning arrival at the airport.

Rarely have I ever been as let down as I was by my stay here. Where to start: the heated towel rail and radiators didn't work. IN ICELAND. The room was tiny, dingy, and a dually dirty. The net curtains haven't been changed since the last eruption I fear. The staff were unhelpful and borderline rude, and due to being situated next to a 24 hour garage you don't get any sleep due to the cars wheelspinning out into the snow. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Especially room 201.

This hotel is really close to the airport which is convenient when you're coming in. It's about 30 minutes away from the town center but it's a great place if you want to get away from the city to see the northern lights. Hopefully it is not cloudy while you are visiting. The buffet breakfast is awesome. best sausage that I have ever had awesome sausage!!!!

This is a terrible hotel. Stuck in the 70s with a horrible plastic cabin for a bathroom, dust and poor cleanliness in the rooms. Certainly not worth the money staying here even if it is convenient for the airport. Avoid.

Flight issues caused us to end up here unexpectedly. So considering this was an unscheduled stop, the hotel made it very pleasant. The food here was absolutely excellent. Staff were all extremely friendly.

At first appearances, looks great with friendly helpful staff as the standout but then look closer and you notice how im urgent need or refurbishment this hotel is. Coffee stains mark the bedside table surfaces, housekeeping didn't bother to plug in the bedside lamp or the outdated radio with manual tuning knobs and the red marker. Go to the bathroom and the toilet is constantly running, so much so that there is a brown mineral buildup on the bowl where the water runs, then the basin chrome on the plug has worn off to show the rusting surface underneath it. The towels need to be thrown out as they are all fraying at the edges to an extreme level, and even though the towels were white, we were given two facewashers - one cream and one light pink. A bit strange, don't you think? They also still use manual keys for the hotel room doors. The lift also was in urgent need of a simple vacuum as it was never vacuumed while we were there.
