Everything about this place is Ace - starting and ending with the wonderful hosts and including every other thing in between. The location, views, proximity to two grocery stores and pharmacy, cleanliness of the property, and - did I mention the fantastic hosts?! I will be back myself and recommend this place whole heartedly to anyone who's Iceland bound.

10 minutes by car from Keflavik International Airport, beautiful apartment with 3 different bathrooms, late checkout, helpful and kind host open to accommodate guests even on a late hour

Very nice guest house and a very helpful owner. Only downside is no functional kitchen, but as this guest house will be the first or last stop for you, that isn't a really big downside. Especially since there are complimentary cookies.

Very clean and tidy. I really appreciated the double blinds they had being there during the summer where night time was still very bright. They gave us free fruit and cookies in our room to enjoy!

The room wasn´t clean at all, internet didn´t work properly and we also had a bad experience when we rented them a car (they have a car rental company named Ace Car Rental but it seems they have changed the Google Reviews name to Ice Car Rental due to bad reviews so you can see what kind of people they are

We stayed for two nights with a baby and had a wonderful experience. The man operating the place offered to pick us up at the airport for a very small fee even though we had 8 suitcases and a stroller. He even brought with him a baby car seat. :) All of the staff were extra friendly. We will for have a stop-in next time we're in Iceland.

This is the second time I've stayed with these and the facilities are really good, accommodation is really clean and fresh. Perfect for our last night in Iceland before flying home in the morning.

The room was great and very close to the airport for a great price. It was a studio apartment with two large beds. It had a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove. It had a shared shower and a private toilet. Check in was a simple process even if we arrived a little late.

The staff are incredible and they are building a second guest house across the street. They do have a common room with laundry as well. Food and excellent views are within short walking distance. The only drawbacks are price and shared shower. Icelandic prices are hard on travellers as we would expect executive service with laundry done by the guesthouse, shuttle service, and more at the price point. This is just a travel lodge with three possible groups staying. 2 groups share laundry, shower, common room with microwave. All three groups share the outdoor hottub. Renting the large room with insuite bath wasn't possible when we were there, but it would be reasonable to pay more as it had a full kitchen, large bath, and large living space. They do rent vehicles from the guesthouse. Make sure you tell them that you want one in advance as they may not have one at the site.

Great accommodation, clean, tidy, spacious interior, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available. Brilliant hot tub. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great proximity to Keflavik airport.
