The place itself is really nice and they have great clean bathrooms. The reason i am rating this low is because of the customer service. I had set the wrong address on my gps on my phone and didn't have cell service to put in the correct one. Found this place by accident and thought sweet a vistor center they should have wifi and be able to help me out. As i was going into the place some guy and his family were coming out and the man was rather pissed mumbling something like this place isn't worth it to his family and storming out. I went in with smiles and hopes for assistance. I waited my turn im line and saw on my phone they had wifi but i needed password. It was then my turn and I talked to this older lady (wish i got the name) who i informed of my situation and asked if i can use wifi to reload my gps. She informed me rather in snappy attitude they don't have wifi, then as i said politely i see there is wifi available she said there is but they don't give it out for people to use. I again asked nicely saying I'm not using it to surf web i just need to enter an address on gps and let it find that location amd reset the course. She said no I'm sorry there is nothing i can do. As I waited for my sister to get out from the WC i pondered what to do and saw a computer with the blue square and 'i' in the middle, like it was available for guests to search for things. I went to it found the location of the place i was looking for and then found it on my phone, so although i would have step by step navigation i could at least see which roads i needed to take. It was funny that just next to the computer there was a plaque with the vows or something of the vistor center and the first thing on there was providing great service, which the older woman could have just told me I'm sorry sir i cannot give the wifi password but here let's see if we can find the place you are looking for on this computer but she didn't. Then as i was using this computer there was a 'change of the guard' and the older woman went to the break room amd this young blonde girl came out and I thought let me see if she would help. So I asked if i could use the wifi amd she said yes the password is ***. I thanked her a bunch and then set my gps. So overall good place to stop and use bathroom and stretch your legs, but if you need help go to the awesome helpful younger lady and avoid the older one woman.

Beautiful place, eco friendly building, nice guests. The scenery around is breathtaking, many waterfalls to see, accessible hiking routes all around. Highly recommended!
