It was a good enough accommodation. Hot drinks were placed outside in the hall where we had to go out to collect it. Not a big problem but once we had run out of Hot water and there were no spoons. The breakfast service was something to be improved upon too.

Conveniently located in Vik and reasonably priced. The building does seem older but seems clean. Fine for a short stay between Reykjavik and points East.

Hotel was nice and the rooms are simple but modern. We had a small terrace which was also quite nice! The floor in our room was a little bit weird. It was made out of small stones.. Looked good but was not so comfy to walk on! Breakfast was fine with a good variety!

Quaint and quiet. convenient grocery store across the street, a few restaurants nearby, hallway tea station, good wifi good breakfast. Could use a second pillow per guest otherwise an enjoyable stay!

The hotel is better than we have expected. The rooms are clean. The beds are nice. Even though the hotel staffs got mad at us, we still think that it's nice place to stay for 1-2 days.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice, though small. Perfect location for a night or two on the ring road. One thing to keep in mind when staying in Vik - things close pretty early in the off season!!

We booked a room with private toilet and terrace for one night at Puffin hotel. The room was clean and everything looked new. The staff was friendly and very welcome with us. Overall we had a nice staying.

Very clean and pretty quiet. Wifi available on premise and in rooms. Very nice bar/restaurant next door.

We got an apartment so we had the whole place to ourselves. The building was old, the floors creaky and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the heat. Otherwise it was fine. There is a grocery store close by and there is a kitchen so we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast is not included with apartments but there is breakfast available (probably for the other types of accommodations)
