Rude front desk that wanted to keep our passports while we stay their. This is not necessary! We stayed at other hotels on our trip and they never asked to even see therm. This place is in a bad part of town and way over priced. Place is a dump do not stay there you can only check in after 4pm and again the staff is so rude. Be warned worst hotel in Iceland!

Friendly, cosy, but the best thing was the advice we were given. Wish we'd spoken to the owners before coming because we got more tourist information here than any TI office.

Terrible service they did promes me one room but I just had a very small room and when I was leaving Iceland they want to give me the money back but I sad no thank you. Iceland is wonderful but not this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, kind and helpful staff, lovely rooms. There are only seven rooms, so the hotel is never crowded, the service provided by the staff feels very personal.
