  Cars are well equipped, brand new. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks polish ;)
  Me and my friends would therefore strongly recommend ICEPOLE as a reliable car rental company in Iceland.

  W 2017r wypozyczliśmy Pajero. Z samochodem wszystko było idealnie. Warunki najmu i kontakt znakomite. Tylko śpiwory, które dostalismy razem z samochodem, pozostawiały trochę do życzenia. Ale były w gratisie, co zaoszczędziło nam sporo dodatkowych pieniędzy na transport i zakup własnych. Ogólnie wypożyczalnia ma swój toporny ale fajny charakter. Polecam serdecznie i z pewnością będę chciał skorzystać z ich samochodów ponownie.

  El coche que alquilamos, aunque algo viejo, funcionaba bien, a pesar de que la ventanilla del lado del conductor no subía bien y tuvimos que cambiar 2 veces los fusibles de las luces de aviso e intermitentes. Los trabajadores de la agencia hablan poco inglés y son muy poco resolutivos. Prometieron sacos de dormir, que nunca aparecieron. Eso sí, el coche estaba equipado con colchones (de esponja) que cumplían su función. En general aceptable, pero bastante mejorable. Eso sí, no encontraréis un precio mejor en Islandia.

  OK. Auto nie zawiodło. 1200km w 3dni w tym Landmannalaugar. Materace to nie materace lecz cienkie gąbki. Obiecane Webasto nie było założone. Bez noża nie ma jak zdjąć tytyrytki zabezpieczającej koło zapasowe. Duży plus za udostępnione sztuce i gaz. Auto miało żarówki do bani, jakieś chińskie niebieskie a'la ksenony. Bardzo słabo widzieliśmy w nocy na Highlands. Bardzo niska cena. Zero stresu nt zniszczeń, tylko ewentualne zalanie rujnuje budżet. Nie działał nawiew chłodnego powietrza, ciągle nas grzało i nie można było otworzyć schowka, bo był zablokowany.

  The worst experience in car rental ever. We made reservation trough Icepol online system 6 weeks before travel. We booked car for 5 day trip. Week earlier we contacted Icepol to get details of key pickup. They said they don't have our reservation, even we had a reservation numberStrange. No offer of solution. We asked to renew the reservation, price went up 3 times. The attitude was clear: Icepol wrote us they are finishing the season and don't care about if we made reservation or not, they are taking off plates and suggested to rent car somewhere elseIt was extremely rude and we felt stressed couple of days before travel. We rented car somewhere else. Strong RECOMEND NOT to rent a car in Icepol. You can stay without car without a word.
