Advertising is done with that the bus arrives every 30 Minutes- this is wrong. Maybe every 1 or 2 hours! It is expensive and the audio does not work correctly

The Bus never arrived on time, especially not every 30 minutes. The bus has run down and the audio connections are not working properly.

A total non event. Very poor information on the recordings and most of the time there was nothing to be heard. A lot more information could have been given. Even a little music (just to save checking if the east plugs were working)
It didn't help that one of the busses was broke down and we were waiting 40 minutes for the bus to come back at one stop. (A fellow traveller told us this. The bus driver or assistant should have informed us)
I have taken tours in Dublin Scotland New York & Portugal and found them great.

The driver told us that the bus would go to every stop every half and hour but did not come for 2hours. We ended up having to take an hours walk back to the hotel.

Disappointing to say the least. Waste of $40. The signs state 8am pick up and each 30 minutes thereafter to 5pm. Did not happen. The driver was to interested in his personal phone call and you never knew for sure what stop you were at. Night and day compared to other cities.

Crazy expensive, bus leaves at arbitrarily times from the first station, information you get via headphones is good but little. Only recommended if used the whole day and to get to the places outside the center, not if used as city tour without hopping off.

Brisk even in July. Recorded tour only talks about 20 of the 60 min tour. Two adults and a youth sets you back $100. Great view of the city but didn't learn much at all. Not typical of other hop on hop off tours. What comments are given are not timely. Harpa played twice.

We were not pleased with this tour at all. We had planned to do a walking tour that had great reviews but the day turned into sleeting rain and 50mph winds so we opted for this bus tour last minute without reading reviews It was terrible. It cost a fortune for getting absolutely nothing there are no posted signs for where the bus stops, we had to ask several people to find it. The bus was not heated and we were freezing! The audio was a snooze, it kept repeating facts we had already heard or was stopping completely. We felt really bummed and ripped off when it was finished :(

Busses are not following their time schedels at all. The result is you waiting in the rain, wind and freeing cold for over half an hour.

Audio guide did not work most of the time. When it worked Cut off at man points. Never heard the whole Story.. Better take a walk..
