Very well-presented and tidy self-catering cottage. Location near Keflavik is perfect for a night before or after your low-cost (therefore early morning or late evening) flight. Outdoor hot tub gives you that undoubtedly icelandic feeling, especially in colder times, when the contrast between the hot water and the cold wind is so refreshing. Very well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Great bungalow. Only complaint: small for 6 people. The bunk beds are only comfortable if you're under 1'60 high. Host super friendly
Brilliant for the amount of money! Absolutely loved they their thermal bath outside!
Top experience! Cottages are lovely and the owner is so cool! Totally recommended
Arrived in Reykjavik, Iceland just as a snowstorm was approaching and before our check-in time. We contacted the staff and headed for the cottage. Due to the storm & poor visibility, the 15 minute drive took 90 minutes. We arrived just after 11am but the people due to vacate were still in it. We waited for a few minutes a they vacated just before 12pm. The staff quickly cleared up and allowed us in. Great work. 💥💥💥💥💥
this place is the best! affordable, awesome hot tub, and it's in the middle of nowhere so you'll get a chance to see the northern lights.
Friendly staff. Nice and kinda secluded (group of cottages nearby, but it's quiet). Almost at the beach, which means little light pollution, but lots of wind. Cottage is a bit worn, but not falling apart. Got a hottub. Spectacular to sit in the hot water while it's below freezing, staring at the night sky.
Wooden cabins near the airport. Location is kind of secluded; a little difficult to find when driving in the dark. Cabin came with a kitchen, hot tub and wifi (worked well most of the time). Cabins are a little dated though. Managed to catch faint Northern Lights when weather was good
Really lovely wooden cabin with two bedrooms, outside hot-tub, kitchen with everything you need and dining and sitting area, just a stones throw from Keflavik Airport.
The owner was friendly and helpful.
Reasonably priced accommodations near the airport (15 min drive.) Cottage could use a bit of TLC, the furniture is a bit dated, the shower door could use a repair (hard to close + leaked water out). Small kitchen and BBQ are on site. TV with a handful of channels placed a bit awkwardly in the room, hard to view from the futon. The wifi was strong and reasonably fast. Private hot tub for each cottage. Very little light pollution made it a great spot for aurora viewing. Good option for the night before a flight home, just don't expect the fanciest place.
Amazing location, great to explore the south west of Iceland as a base or for an overnight stay. Ideal location for airport and car hire + Reykjavík. Good size and clean accommodation - Hot tub is a great addition! Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable!! Would stay again without a doubt!
A very beautiful and confortable cottages, well equipped and clean. WiFi fast and stable. The ad is absolutly real and accurate. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Nice. Not the best one (really small rooms) but it was really good. Especially hot tub. Nice holder thanks for everything.
Wonderful isolated cottage, but close to airport and towns for dinner or bad.. The hot tub was fantastic .your own little blue lagoon.
Nice and clean cottage. Super spa ! in the front og the house, internet as well !
Great location if you are looking for quite and peaceful place. You need to hire a car to get there. Facilities is superb and clean.
Very friendly staff, cosy little houses with private hot water spa - just great! Always again!
Away from City Lights perfect to watch Northern Lights it's really dark at night
Cozy little cottages in a stunning environment. The places have what you would expect from a rental cottage, including a little kitchen, great bathroom, two bedrooms (one with bunk beds!) and a hot tub outside. Check in was easy, with the rep meeting us and happy to answer questions. The only confusion was finding the actual cottage, but that's not their fault. I highly recommend this place for staying a few nights in Iceland.
