  Für eine Nacht war es, naja, so la la. Wir hatten unsere Reise komplett in Deutschland gebucht. Als wir hier ankamen, war das erste Problem, dass sie nicht wusste dass wir heute Nacht eine Übernachtung gebucht haben. Sie sagte, sie hätte da noch ein Zimmer das wir bekommen könnten. Organisation ist Alles! Am nächsten Morgen kamen wir uns beim Frühstück vor wie bei einem fernen Verwanden/Bekannten zu Besuch. Das Zimmer war sein Geld definitiv nicht wert!

  Séjour d'une nuit. Nous avons eu une grande chambre mais certaines sont très petites. Personne très peu souriante, petit déjeuner très/trop simple, globalement très bruyant. En résumé, pour une nuit, ça va mais ça ne restera pas dans nos meilleurs souvenirs de guethouse en Islande.

  Very rude/unfriendly owner. Would not recommend staying here. Our stay was very uncomfortable and we did not feel welcome. The host clearly hates hosting guests, only doing it for the money (she opened the door with the credit card machine in her hand and made us pay for the massively overpriced room before we could even put down our bags). Also she was very angry because we checked in 15min late, even though we called her in advance to let her know. In the morning she removed the breakfast and took our plates while we were still eating, basically kicking us out of the kitchen. Facilities are old and badly soundproofed This was the only bad experience we had in 10 days in Iceland. (plenty of similar reviews on other booking platforms)

  Positiv: Gut zu finden und das Frühstück war okay.
  Negativ: Die Gastgeberin ist nur auf Kohle aus. Ein guter Rat an alle, vorher bezahlen!!! Sonst zockt die Frau noch ein erhöhtes Wohngeld ab!
  Leider wurde das Gebäude so schlecht gebaut das überall Schwellen sind wo man stürzen kann. Die Duschdecke im Untergeschoss beträgt 185 cm. Nix für kleine Leute. WLAN ist nicht in allen Zimmern nutzbar Man fliegt oft aus dem Netzwerk. P.S. Sehr hellhörig 😒

  We stayed there in our way out north. It's a nice family run place. Nothing fancy, but a good, clean inexpensive place to stop for the night.

  Chambre claire et spacieuse. Cependant la plupart sont juste à côté des lieux communs (cuisine et salle de bain) donc assez bruyante tôt le matin.
