  This guesthouse is nice and clean, you have to take a short gravel road to get there. The room was very small, but it had a sink and a good heating system to dry the clothes. The shared bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was good, there was ham and cheese, bread, skyr, cereal and cake. But it starts very late, at 8am. Tea and coffee are available all day long. Pretty view from the dining room.

  I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. We've stayed in some beautiful homes during our trip but this is an absolute treat. There are about 10 rooms. We stayed downstairs and there were two toilets and showers with a sink in your bedroom. The staff is so sweet. You get a complimentary breakfast 8-10am. Free coffee/tea anytime during the day. And you can purchase dinner in the evening. We had the soup, it was very tasty. They offer horseback riding as well. Highly recommend!

  Extremely comfortable stay. We had a room on the ground floor and shared two fully equipped bathrooms with other guests on the floor. That was no problem at all. Coffee, tea and cake were always on the house. Breakfast was decent too. The rooms had one too few power outlets though. They also have a hot tub for guests. Highly recommended.

  Take a breakfast right in front of a gorgeous panoramic view onto Hekla to Eyjafjallajökull.
  Very good food, very friendly and helpful staff (!), nice rooms.
  Highly recommended!

  Clean rooms, nice shower facilities, hottub, views and breakfast. Breakfast doesn't start till 8 though.

  Best stay in Iceland! Feel free to go with no hesitation, everything in there was literally perfect! Can't wait to go back :)
