Hilmar is a great guide! The beautiful Icelandic horses were perfectly well behaved. I have never ridden a horse before and was very comfortable on my horse, while my wife is an advanced equestrian and was very happy to experience the Tolt on her mare. The backdrop at Glacier Horses' location is amazing! Amazing views of an Icelandic glacier while you ride an Icelandic horse in Iceland!!

It was a nice ride with a view on a glacier, the guides were really friendly and talkative, so we could get some information about local life. The horses were calm and easy to handle. One of our group had a small accident with loose saddle (it is occasional but may happen) and fell of the horse but it wasn't serious and we just had a laugh about it :).

Had a lot of fun riding for about 90 minutes seeing some great views. The guides were very friendly and spoke English excellent!
