Great views, food, and service. The food came out 2 minutes after I placed the order. Great food options for a cold and blustery day. I could literally take a bath in the hot chocolate.

Fantastic place. Don’t be chased away from the look of the menu. Quick food, great quality. Decor is also excellent.

Simple restaurant with a beautiful view of the falls. Enjoyed the weekly beer and had excellent lamb soup.

Spend a few extra bucks and get a real meal here. The burgers are not worth it. The lamb leg was yummy though. A tad bit pricey

Amazing food and quick service. Order at the bar. I've eaten there 4 times on different trips and every time had a great experience. I liked meat soup, caesar salad and the fish.

Great informal place! We stopped for lunch on a way from the waterfall and then two days later on our way from Vik back to Reykjavik. Great lamb soup, great burgers, good draft beer selection (try Snorry). Two soups, four burgers, one cod plate, and two beers was under $160 USD. Definitely recommend for informal lunch.

Although does have occational hordes of bus tourists, it does have nice coffee and a nice variety of food and beer.

We came to this place after a recommendation online and we were sincerely disappointed. We spent $107! USD, on two frozen burgers that were advertised as local beef, a tiny bowl of soup and two beers. Our table was covered in leftover food and the servers simply moved the plates to the side. I will say, excellent views of the waterfall while eating, but I would rather eat gas station hot dogs in the parking lot than go back.
