Clean rooms and nice location. Many things in walking distance and perfect for the beach.
But the staff and waiters were not really friendly overall. Not something you would expect from a hotel in that price category.
We will probably not come again, because you can easily get something better for even less money.response / report this review -

For an establishment that is meant to be 5 star, the first service encounter leaves much to be desired!
I was asked if i was checking in, upon arrival at reception. My answer of "yes" to that question, was interpreted as it being possible to immediately do so. Only to be told I would have to wait until 12h00 (fair, but not ideal as I could endure the wait), after an additional USD 600 was asked from me! Note that I had fully paid my accommodation upfront upon making my reservation, prior to check in. The reason given to me on the rationale for this additional payment/deposit, was that it was "international standards"! Really !!!, the principle behind a deposit is for payment security, incase one doesn't make payment of the goods/services ultimately consumed.
I paid the additional fee anyhow, wanting to be done with the administrative process, so I could check in, following an overnight long haul flight. Only to be told, once this payment had now gone off my account, that I can only now check in at 15h00 and they would try their best to make it earlier!
Note to the establishment - your service levels and conduct are what distinguish a commoditized offering such as accommodation. If this is your understanding of 5 start treatment, you still have a long way to go, especially if you are going to quote "international standards" as the rationale underlying your off market practises, more so targeting global clientele.response / report this review -

Excellent amenities but unfortunately the swimming pool is not open during the winter season. Many of the rooms have balconies overlooking both downtown Tel Aviv and the beach front. Free dark chocolate. Funky lighting.

This was a classic hotel, staff, food, lounge and pool, was great!!
Clean, good and lots of foods with variety . I was comfortable, concierge was very halpful!!

Feels incredibly high class. If budget is not what you're looking at, this place would be perfect for you. Great food, place is held to a very high standards.

Great room, really comfortable beds. We had access to the business lounge and great value for money. Food and drink available most of the day and alcohol was in the evening 5-10pm. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us just married t shirts which was a nice touch. Good location for exploring the city

Excellent rooms, view of the ocean and great buffet breakfast! Everything went as planned and the Royal Beach gave us a royal treatment. Highly recommend.

True 5 star hotel. Very modern, clean, high tech - free wifi throughout the hotel with good signal. Excellent food and service. Has a beautiful clean pool with excellent view of the sea. Located right across the beach. Staff was always accommodating and ready to help. Definitely will back next time I am back in Israel.

Very trendy hotel. Great service (our TV wasn't working so we called downstairs and in less than 5 minutes they had someone come upstairs and fix it), great quality bedrooms with fancy RBG lighting! Only gripes would be that for some dinner costs $30 per day and some hallways smell of smoke because of smoking rooms.

Good place, because of waves unfortunately big part of the coast was closed and if you want to swim you have to go to a place with a lot of people like in a pool.
The sea is awesome!! Good sand, clean beach, warm water, showers everywhere.
