Beatiful Hotel, great breakfast with the most beatiful view I've ever seen! We stayed for 2 month and felt always very comfortable. All the staff made our stay perfect. Special thanks goes to Aby and the cook (made my Omlette every day) from the Breakfast team! Its been a pleasure!!!!

I do around 50 nights a year in hotels, and I'm struggling to remember the last place I've stayed with sheets this rough. It seems like they've started doing a lot more travel groups which is wearing down the hotel and resulting in long lines for the elevator.

The location and fantastic breakfast earned back 3 stars.

Great location and well appointed rooms. Breakfast room and food is spectacular. It is not cheap, but has more character than the big chain hotels. Close to the bars and restaurants on Dizengofften minute walk. Service is generally good.

Fun hotel nice beach near it. People who work there do not allow me to play marry had a little lamb on piano in the lobby though. 4 stars

No Air Conditioning

The hotel only has heat in the winter. It does not matter how hot it is outside. We came to Israel for the first time with our family and wanted to have a memorable time. It is so uncomfortable to sleep that it is ruining our trip. Their solution was a box fan. Not sure how this is a top hotel. The Motel 6 has air conditioning.

Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and we'll maintained. The rooms are small, but very put together. Excellent views of the beach, and great beach access as well.

My husband and I have just spent 8 magical days at this lovely hotel.
There is nothing that is too much for the staff to do to help you/please you.
Dudi, Boris and Alex who work by the pool are simply fabulous they will preempt your need. Hanna and her Team in the breakfast restaurant are superb. So friendly and will go the extra mile to make you something if it's not on the breakfast bar. (The choice is so varied that it will be unusual there isn't something to please everyone).
Gila, Nadav and Gal are great. They are walking around the hotel talking to their guests constantly to check they are happy. How good is that? Instant feedback.
Yossi you can be proud of your Team. You are all doing a great job. We cannot wait to come back.

The best hotel in Tel Aviv Israel. Located close to the sea shore. Quality and maintenance of hotel is good. All kinds of hygienic foods were served in this hotel.

Very nice hotel if you avoid the restaurant wirh their "chef". Pretentious and not so good. The rest of the hotel is totally fine and at the level of a 5 stars hotel

First of all - great view (on the sea and beach)
Secondly - perfect breakfast (you need to remember though that in Israel certain things like pork and bacon aren't in the menu)
Thirdly - goof place (near beach)
This is very quiet city at night so instead of turning on conditioner - open a balcony door.
The only trouble I had was a dirty cup.

The Carlton is a great location with descent meal spreads. The fresh juice bar was great. Our room's smoke detector was very sensitive and would be triggered by a hot shower. The lack of a full shower door caused water to end up all over the bathroom floor.

I've stayed here on many occasions. It's clean, breakfast buffet is great, location could hardly be better and staff very forthcoming.
Downside: many bar services are outsourced. For example, poolside (rooftop) food and beverage service can't use the bar/restaurant located on the hotel's top floor. Instead, the waiters must go down to the groundfloor bar, to access drinks and snacks. A logistical nightmare
