Overall, if there was a better choice in town I would probably take it, but I wouldn't necessarily warn people away. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are adequate (we were on the 11th floor and the view was excellent). Our primary issue which I'm very happy to strike up to an honest mistake, was that the refrigerator was not cleaned in one of the rooms (and it happened to be Passover). We were comped with a free dinner for four (160 nis per person value) which seemed fair. Aside from that, the other negatives were that the room cards would constantly demagnetize even after not being near wallets or phones which made it annoying to enter/exit parking/rooms. In addition, room service did not clean the rooms while we were out and about touring in the day (for two days in a row), though the desk staff was willing to send someone up in evening when we called to inquire. Lastly, the 'buisness lounge' is a nice quite place to sit and I imagine when not on Passover is better stocked with snacks and drinks. In all the adequate rooms, filling and diverse meals, and good location in Be'er Sheva made the stay worth it, although considering the hassles we encountered it could be considered a little over priced.

The room is clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. Breakfast is good. Dinner may be good for some but I usually eat outside for better. Not much in the bar; the bar looks like non-existing. I think dinning experience is an area for improvement otherwise I would rate 5 stars. People in the dinning room are friendly though, especially Galit, she is very nice and helpful. Some areas of the building look aged and really need some renovation to make the hotel more attractive and luxury feeling.

The hotel is located centrally and in a good state. The windows are only single glazing so even at floor 6 the street noise could be heard. Good darkness in the room and the room was clean though the windows could benefit from some attention.

The hotel is beautiful! But the most important is the staff, especially the manager, Natalie!!!!! She is so amazing to the whole group (45 educators from USA). She made everyone feel so welcome!
The front desk was accommodating with Isabella !
We will definitely be coming back to this hotel for future trips !!!

This Hotel is terrible the cleanliness is non existent. The breakfast was gross the first day I had a hair in my food and the second day they burnt boiled eggs and under cooked croissants. The staff wasn't rude but definitely not the most friendly, definitely not 4 star service. The hotel looks nothing in person like the pictures it literally is falling apart and in desperate need of renovations and a tech refresh. The furniture is filthy I would not recommend anyone staying here unless you must.

Great food and very comfortable beds.
Their linens are so soft, my wife wants to find out where they buy them!

They did well to cope with our large group, which would have been overwhelming. None of the basics were lacking and meals were substantial. I used the stairs a lot as there was such a call for the lifts - they didn't give the best impression. The lack of wine service at dinner was another thing to negotiate but none of it too off-putting.

Good hotel in down town. Good base for meetings at DSW and trips to the Dead Sea.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fluent English. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is tasty and plentiful. They have a gym which i unfortunately didn't use but it is a good option to have if you're travelling.

They have a nice garden area to relax outside with a drink and a business lounge with free drinks (including wine) if you get access to it.

It is well maintained for such a large building and a good place to stay if you're in the area.

The 1 minor downside I have is that the room had no water or drinks in it for the first 2 nights. On the 3rd night they gave me 1 bottle of water and a fruitbowl. Even 1 bottle of water is not adequate enough for the desert heat in the summer and i drank it all within the first minute of entering the room which meant a small trip downstairs.

An okay hotel with fair prices. Nothing super-spectacular, but clean rooms and responsive service. The hotel has parking available for free but it uses your room key and only works sometimes, beware.

Spent 2 weeks at the hotel. Hotel was nice, good location with many places to eat within walking distance which was good during the weekends. Weekends are crowded, there is a wedding or party every day, parking is horrible starting Thursday evening, and I parked and did not move till Sunday. During the weekends the place gets trashed by the guest and kids running around. Starting Wednesday night the fire alarm starts going off because the weekend guest are arriving and smoke in their rooms. The fitness center has all the basic equipment you need, a sauna and hot tub. The pool is nice except on the weekends where it fills up with people and their drink cups, that they leave empty on the edge so the wind can blow it into the pool, it also closes at 6PM. Overall I had a nice stay.
