The place is neat and clean..good food too😁😁
Good facilities, clean and tidy rooms, great service, lovely food, a bit far from the beach but there is transport services
Good hotel. Very good choice in dining room. Excellent SPA with water massage pool.
Nice. Only problem is no lounge chairs in spa. Just sitting chairs. Good food. Nice rooms
Only went to the spa and service was sub standard. After paying for a massage and access to the spa facilities I was given a hard time about getting a belt for the robe they gave me and was refused a towel without a room key.
Facilities were older and dirtier. Herods down the road was much nicer. Unfortunately owned by same parent company.
5 minute walk from the dead sea, great pool/lounge area outside, awesome spa area which includes two Jacuzzis, a dead sea water pool, another strong jet tub, a sauna, steam room, and cold water pool. Rooms are cozy and well kept, mine had a beautiful view of the dead sea and Jordan on the other side.
bad service. room aren't clean and old , crowded dining room and absolutely not worth the money
Awerall fine buy the stuff is not professional enough like not knowing if they have loundary and just give u fake smiles!
The air conditioning in my room was broken the whole night and they would only offer us $20 compensation for this. When we woke up the room was hotter than outside, we were all covered in sweat, dehydrated, and one person even threw up from the heat. They were horribly rude to us as well I have never experienced anything like this. The room was also not very clean when we arrived. Would never recommend it to anyone.
Nice place. Awesome panorama and good service
Great food, lots of spa facilities.
They have a shuttle to the beach if needed.
Handicap friendly
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Just a short walk from the dead sea beach (shuttle available) 3 swimming pools, sauna gym and jacuzzi, and indoor dead sea salt water pool. Crowded during hollidays .
I stayed here with my family a couple of months ago.
The food was very good, but for me that was about it.
The rooms weren't very clean, and there were unpleasant remnants on the side of the toilet and on the floor nearby.
Despite asking that the toilet and surrounding floor be cleaned several times, the cleaners lacked the attention to detail and only cleaned the inside of the toilet. We ended up putting up with it for our entire stay.
A couple of members of their staff were unpleasant and unhelpful.
Very nice hotel, sea view rooms, clean, good food and an magnifient spa. Wifi internet is working excelent
Great hotel. Our room was large and spacious. The food in the dining room was very good and plentiful. We loved the spa. We had a really relaxing time. Kust what we were looking for.
I stayed for two nights during Passover with my wife and daughter. The trip started on the wrong foot when we received the room with a horrible smell of cigarettes, chocolate smears on the wall and television, and a bed that was not fit for my 2 year old. We immediately asked to switch rooms, but were told that this was not an option. Eventually, they came to spray the room so that it wouldn't smell so bad (a temporary solution at best) and switched the bed for my daughter. We did however have a nice view of the Dead Sea from the room, good AC, and good water pressure in the shower.
Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. The food was great, as was the pool, which is very fit for kids of all ages. There are shuttles down to the beach (a 60-second ride), but they do not run in the evening (which is a shame because there is a great promenade along the beach which would be nice to take a walk on at night).
Keep in mind that although the hotel advertises free parking for guests, parking is on the street just outside the hotel (mostly in areas marked as "No Parking") and is very scarce (especially in the busy season).
I guess for the price it wasn't so bad, but I probably wouldn't go back.
