  Disappointing to say at least! You actually pay a five star level hotel fee for a four star hotel – just to end up with a two star level hotel! We ordered three rooms and paid a lot of money for an "all included" weekend just to get really disappointed again and again during our stay. To begin with, although we paid for VIP rooms we got really uncomfortable rooms on ground level right next to the bar. And, it seems like this is the first time Leonardo Privilege ever had a baby staying over! A small baby usually travels with a crib, so it is extremely unwise to put it in a room that requires climbing several steps. In addition, babies goes to sleep very early so again it is unwise to put it in a room adjacent to a place that plays loud music all night. Eventually, after we complained, they moved us to other rooms. But, they only managed to put us in different floors. It was really unpleasant and required coordination every time we wanted to go out. After we moved to our rooms we discovered an old and dirty building. I think the building is something like forty years old! Time has surely taken its toll on the hotel – everything looks old and no matter how hard they try to clean some of the things – they are simply dirty. We had a visit from a wondering cockroach that crawled from the very old ventilation system (The cockroach, unlike the hotel, seems to be young and frisky). Refrigerators that used to be mini bars doesn't work and generally looks very dirty. Another topic is the food. Food is definitely plentiful, but if you expect gourmet food, as seems appropriate for such caliber hotel, better look for somewhere else. It doesn't look like the chef works very hard. Most of the food looks like the frozen products you buy at home and heat up in your very own microwave oven. In addition, me and my sister ended up with stomach aches from one of meals. Finally, if you like to sleep, wake up late, and relax in your vacation – think again. The management felt like this is a good idea to have a party with very loud trance music – next to the pool and in front of the rooms – until the middle of the night. And, another pool party at about 9:00 for the kids – if you ever thought about going back to sleep. To sum things up, this is our first and last visit to Leonardo Privilege. If you have the option I advise you to choose a different hotel, a hotel that will give you much more value for your money.

  מקום חביב השירות מצויין וחווית הכל כלול טובה שמכפרת על חדרים באיכות בינונית יחסית.
  
  נקודה חשובה לטבעוניים (וגם לצליאקים ובעלי רגישויות) לאחר שעברתם בקבלה גשו מיד לחדר האוכל ובקשו את השף הראשי. הוא יברר מכם מה הצרכים וידאג לכם לארוחות מותאמות. אנחנו לא עשינו את זה וסמכנו על הקבלה בעניין הזה אבל התאכזבנו כי הם לא העבירו את המידע לידיעת השף.
  
  לסיכום אם אתם בעניין של מקום מפנק ולא אכפת לכם מחדרים ברמה בינונית אני ממליץ
